Guided Tours of La Fenice Theater

La Fenice Theater is a site that is not to be missed during a stay in Venice.

Visiting the Theater is a chance to discover La Fenice outside of its normal activities. The tour among the stucco and gold decorations in the celebrated halls will give you a backstage pass to the secrets of the Theater and its stars, tracing its history from the beginning to today.

At the entrance there are audio-guides available in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish. Tickets can be purchased at the Theater box office. There are no reservations. For groups there is an expert guide available to answer questions and curiosities about the Theater and its history. The service is available in 5 languages for groups of at least 10, by appointment only or by joining an already formed group.

Where
The Theater can be reached easily with the vaporetto (water taxi), line 1, which connects both the train station and the Piazzale Roma parking lot with the Grand Canal. You'll get off at the Santa Maria del Giglio stop, a short distance away.

Hours
Tours are 45 minutes long and take place daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm with groups of 25-30 people.

Tickets
Full price: euros 7,00; Reduced price: euros 5.00 for students, residents of Venice and people over 65.
